New Patients – Anaheim, CA
Where Your Family Can Come for Optimal Oral Healthcare
Welcome to Anaheim Dental & Orthodontics! We’re pleased you have decided to entrust us with your smile, and we stand by our commitment to helping families like yours achieve the smiles they desire. Before you arrive for your first appointment, we want to make sure you have all the necessary information for a positive experience. Review the materials below and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Your First Dental Visit
After you are greeted by one of our friendly front desk administrators, we will enter your new patient information into our computer system. You will then be escorted back to a treatment room by one of our assistants. After capturing digital X-rays of your smile, we’ll begin to perform a thorough examination while checking for signs of decay, disease, and damage. A member of our team will perform a professional cleaning before our dentist enters to discuss your proposed treatment option.
New Dental Patient Forms
Waiting in the lobby of a dental office shouldn’t cause you to lose valuable time out of your schedule. This is why we want to improve the check-in process by encouraging you to download the forms from the comfort of your home. Once you fill them out, simply bring them to your appointment. We’ll get your information entered and have you back in a treatment room in no time at all.
Dental Insurance Welcome
We are pleased to be a dental insurance-friendly dental office. Welcoming all types of dental insurance as well as Medi-Cal, our knowledgeable staff will go the extra mile to help you maximize your benefits. Doing so can lower your out-of-pocket expenses and keep your treatment more affordable.
We proudly accept the following dental insurance plans:
- Delta Dental
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna

Ask our friendly team if we take your plan.
CareCredit Financing Available
